Define criteria for appropriate product design & use to produce successful end-to’s projects(see examples below) Execute procedures that ensure functionality with consistent application performance which minimizes costs on resources spent per project* Assess customer needs by working directly WITH clients / teams who have input into system configuration; this helps identify emerging issues affecting users’ workflow * Review new products being developed at scale while helping them integrate well into existing use
