RACI full form
The full form of RACI stands for:
- Responsible: These are the individuals who actually complete the task. They must complete the work to achieve the task.
- Accountable: This person or role is the “owner” of the work. They have the final say in decisions and ultimate ownership of the task. There should only be one person who is accountable, who has yes/no/veto.
- Consulted: These are the people who need to provide input before the work can be done and approved. They are typically subject matter experts who provide advice and suggestions.
- Informed: These are the people who need to be kept in the loop on progress or decisions, but they do not need to be formally consulted, nor do they have any direct responsibility or accountability for the task.
