5. Testing and Implementation: System Analysts often play a key role in testing new systems, or changes to existing systems, to ensure they meet the specified requirements. They may also be involved in implementing the system, including data migration, user training, and rollout.
6. Liaison: System Analysts often act as a liaison between the technical team and the business stakeholders. They translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
7. User Training and Support: They may be involved in training users on new systems, and they may provide ongoing support to users.

System Analysts need a strong understanding of both business operations and IT systems. They must have good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and they often need to be able to work effectively in a team environment.
